Alisa Marie Beyer is an entrepreneur who has founded five highly successful companies, the first when she was just 29 years old. She clearly knows what it takes to run a business. But as a wife and mother, she also knows about the anxiety that comes along with trying to balance a home life while growing a business. And it was this realization that inspired Ms. Beyer to pursue her latest venture, Founder and CEO of LemonTree Partners, where she works exclusively with female entrepreneurs and executives.

“At LemonTree we work to build a healthier business and a healthier mindset by being smarter about ourselves and others. We help grow the ability to discover what makes you – and your team – tick, while at the same time, making sure you have the right people working on the right things. Our LemonTree Framework® has four solutions to help you get smart and clear out what’s holding you and your business back,” she said.

In her role at LemonTree Partners, Ms. Beyer is committed to helping other women live with the twist!

Personal Chemistry®: Discover what makes you tick.
Team Chemistry®: Discover how to craft powerful working relationships.
Smart Hire®: Dodge the duds and put the right people in the right roles.

She uses the skills she has honed throughout her more than 20-year career as an entrepreneur, performing business planning and strategy, self-aware assessments and coaching. Ms. Beyer has worked with numerous clients and top brands and retailers such as Nestlé, Estee Lauder, Mary Kay, Avon, DuPont, Galderma, L’Oréal, Wet ‘n Wild and others, as well as more than 100 startup and small company brands. She is a successful writer who contributes a monthly column for The Huffington Post and is a highly sought-after guest lecturer and speaker.

“The hallmark of my success has been the ability to create high-performing brands and teams as critical assets to ultimately sell each of my companies, and now I work to do the same for my client companies,” Ms. Beyer said.
