How We Do It
Through prework, a one-day workshop, and an actionable plan, we work together to build an execution mindset. The payoffs are considerable as less-vital activities are cut and duplicated efforts are consolidated. Every company needs clarity of purpose; without clarity, it’s almost impossible for organizational leaders to prioritize effectively and develop their businesses. Entrepreneurs often think they have communicated clear priorities regarding their vision when in fact they may have made things more confusing for themselves or their team.
Your Time Investment
We know how hard it is to run a company, and time is a valuable resource, so we never waste yours. On average, the engagement is only two weeks from start to finish. You will need a few hours of prework information gathering to share before the meeting. You will need to attend a 4-5-hour meeting with LTP (we also share tons of insights at this meeting) and you will want to set up a call to review the final plans and next steps. Meetings are best held at our offices in San Diego, California.

There are three main steps in getting us from where you are to where you want to go. Below are the three action steps we follow.
Step 1: Learn & Diagnose
We send you a working guide to help you know exactly what information you need to gather and share with our team. We then begin our own review to understand the information and create an analysis that we will present to you at the one-day meeting.
Step 2: Assess & Engage
At our one-day workshop we will share relevant insights and research we have gathered, we will provide an assessment of the information you previously sent and together begin to create alignment around your vision, goals and the strategies to get you there.
Step 3: Plan & Implement
LemonTree Partners takes all the learnings, assessment and dialog to create an actionable plan that pays attention to the steps necessary for an execution.
